1 jar of artichoke stock (about 400 ml)

1 clove of garlic

1/2 lemon

1 bunch of basil

1 tablespoon almond powder

2.5 tablespoons olive oil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper




Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Sauté the artichoke hearts and chopped garlic in olive oil. Add the basil and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Puree, add the almond powder and lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix.
Step 3
Keep in a cool place before serving.
