400 g tagliatelle
400 g fresh salmon (cut into thin slices)
100 g button mushroom
1 lemon
20 cl olive oil
1/2 bunch of basil
1 large can of peeled tomatoes
400 g feta cheese
1 clove of garlic
Pepper
Salt
Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 40 MIN
Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the tagliatelles "al dente" in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the salmon into thin strips and marinate them 30 min in the lemon juice and 10 cl of olive oil.
Step 3
Cut the mushrooms into thin strips. Cut the basil leaves and crush the garlic.
Step 4
Add 10 cl of oil, salt, pepper and peeled tomatoes.
Step 5
Mix everything together, add the cubed feta cheese, mix again and serve.
