3 zucchini
1 onion
1 water
1 stock cube
Pepper
Salt
1 good handful of basil

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Slice the onion and sauté the onion in a saucepan until golden brown. Add the courgettes cut into cubes.
Step 2
Brown for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add the water, the stock cube and cook for 20 minutes from the boil.
Step 4
Mix the soup at the end of cooking.
Step 5
Chop the basil and add it to the soup off the heat. Serve immediately with a little fresh cream.
