500 g of tomato
2 onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
50 cl of milk
10 cl thick cream
Thyme
Laurier
Basil
Pepper
Salt

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Melt the chopped onions in the oil and add the tomatoes cut in half. Season with thyme, bay leaf, chopped basil, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cook for 15 minutes, then pour in the hot milk and mix thoroughly. Mix and pass through a fine sieve then return to the heat.
Step 3
Cook for 5 minutes before adding the cream, whisking. Serve sprinkled with chopped basil.
