1 puff pastry dough
Tomato concentrate
6 ripe tomatoes
1 block of mozzarella cheese
1 bunch of basil
Pepper
Salt
Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 45 MIN
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 7).
Step 2
Fry the basil leaves in olive oil.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into slices and the mozzarella into thin slices
Step 4
Roll out the puff pastry in a mould and prick the bottom.
Step 5
Spread a base of tomato paste on the dough. Place tomato slices and mozzarella slices in between.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Step 7
Bake the pie for 20 to 30 minutes
Step 8
Garnish with fried basil leaves before serving

To be served with a lamb's lettuce salad.
