Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
In a bowl, pour the equivalent of 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Add the garlic you pressed.
Step 2
Wash your tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Put them in the bowl where you put the preparation beforehand.
Step 3
In another container, mix 1 plain yogurt with 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Add the 2 small garlic and herbs cheeses, chives, basil, and shallots. Mix it up. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Peel and cut your cucumber into cubes.
Step 5
Mix your slices of ham in a blender to obtain ham crumbs.
Step 6
In the bottom of the glass, place the vinegar-garlic-tomato mixture, then a layer of yoghurt preparation, then a layer of ham, a second layer of yoghurt sauce, and finally a layer of cucumber.
Step 7
For the aesthetic side, slice a heart-shaped piece from the tomato (for example), which you can cut with a knife, place it on the cucumber, and add 2 small sprigs of chives.
Step 8
Keep in a cool place for at least 3 hours before tasting.
Step 9
Enjoy your meal!
