1 mozzarella from 150 to 200 g

4 slices of parma ham

Tapenade (green or black)

1 tomato

1 clove of garlic

Olive oil

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Boil a small pot of water to boil the tomato and peel it.
Step 2
Cut the 1/2 baguette in half, then open the 2/4 of baguettes to make bread.
Step 3
Put a little olive oil on the side of the bread, and toast in the oven (200°C/thermostat 6-7) for a few moments so that the bread is just browned.
Step 4
Then rub the toast with a clove of garlic cut in half.
Step 5
Spread them with a very thin layer of tapenade (you can use a little more, if it is less strong green olive tapenade).
Step 6
Cut the tomato and mozzarella into thin slices and place them on the toast.
Step 7
Add the ham slices in chiffonade, then drizzle with olive oil and add the chopped basil leaves.
Step 8
Put in the oven for 5 minutes, so that the mozzarella melts.

Can also be eaten as a main course if more is done per person and a green salad is added. Easy and delicious recipe!
