3 peppers (red, green and yellow)

1 zucchini

1 onion

1 shortcrust pastry

Olive oil

1 tablespoon mustard

Basil

Chives

Salt

Pepper




Preparation

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Step 2
In a wok or frying pan, cook in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper during cooking to taste. If possible, cover. If necessary, at the end of cooking, uncover to allow the water to evaporate.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 4
Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan. Prick the bottom with a fork and brush with mustard.
Step 5
As soon as the vegetables are cooked, spread them on the shortcrust pastry and put them in the oven for 20 minutes (until the pastry is cooked).
Step 6
Before serving (with a salad or smoked ham), sprinkle with fresh herbs (basil, chives,...)
