1 puff pastry dough

4 tomatoes

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

2 eggs

20 cl of fresh cream

Basil

Pepper

Salt




Preparation

Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 7).
Step 2
Prick the dough with a fork and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
Step 4
Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Step 5
In a bowl, beat the whole eggs with the cream.
Step 6
Season the preparation with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Spread the tomatoes in the pre-baked pie shell, then the mozzarella and basil.
Step 8
On these successive layers, pour the egg mixture.
Step 9
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 10
Serve hot.
