1 green pepper
1 jar of ricotta cheese
8 slices of goat log
100 g grated cheese
3 eggs
1 tablespoon oregano
Basil
Rosemary
125 g bacon
Salt

Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6/7)
Step 2
Seed the pepper and cut it into small pieces
Step 3
Spread the dough in a 28 cm pie dish
Step 4
Place the bacon and diced peppers on top
Step 5
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the ricotta cheese, oregano mixture, salt and pepper
Step 6
Pour everything into the pie dish
Step 7
Place the goat slices on top and then the grated cheese
Step 8
Bake for 35 minutes
