1 puff pastry dough

1 egg

20 cl of liquid fresh cream

3 carrots

1 yellow pepper

100 g dried tomato

feta cheese dice

4 basil leaves

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Peel your carrots and then with a mandolin, make thin slices (or with a knife if you don't have a mandolin). Do the same with the pepper. If your dried tomatoes are too large, cut them in half.
Step 3
Place the dough in your pie pan. Using a fork, prick the dough. Break an egg in a bowl and add the crème fraîche, a pinch of salt and pepper. Beat everything and pour it into the puff pastry.
Step 4
Start by putting a first row of carrots in the shape of your dish. Then make two rows of peppers. Then a layer of dried tomatoes. Repeat in this order until you reach the center. Finally, add a few dices of feta cheese, according to your taste, and pre-cut basil.
Step 5
And hop on! Bake your pie in the oven for 20 minutes.
Author's note
A little tip, cut your pie with scissors so as not to break everything!
