Potato and basil tortilla

1/2 kg of potatoes

1 onion

Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the potatoes.

Peel the onion and slice it up

When the potatoes are golden, add the onion

Break the eggs, then beat them vigorously. Add a pinch of salt.

When the potatoes have softened, add the beaten eggs.

Lower the heat and remove the edges of the tortilla with a wooden spatula, then cook for 5 minutes.

Turn the pan over on a plate to place the tortilla on top. Put it back in the pan and cook the other side.
