1 slice of fresh tuna
1 lemon
4 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of basil
50 g pine nuts
15 cl olive oil
Coarse salt

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Marinate the tuna in 4 tablespoons of oil + lemon, salt and pepper juice. Let it rest for about 3 hours, turning it over from time to time.
Step 2
Crush the garlic with the stripped basil, 1 pinch of coarse salt and the pine nuts. Add the oil gradually, mixing in order to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
Step 3
Light the oven grill, drain the tuna and grill it for 10 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Serve with pesto.

Accompanied by fresh pasta or puree in olive oil.
