8 medium-sized tomatoes

3 eggs

1 box of bacon

20 cl of semi-thick fresh cream

1 small bunch of chives

6 basil leaves

1 soft goat log

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Empty the tomatoes, leaving some flesh anyway. Brown the bacon in a frying pan.
Step 2
Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, add the chopped chives and basil. Add the cooked bacon and salt (if necessary) and pepper.
Step 3
Fill the tomatoes with this mixture and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, depending on the size of the tomatoes.
Step 4
Once cooked, place a slice of goat cheese on top of the tomato goat cheese and brown for about 10 minutes.

Serve with a green salad garnished with grilled pine nuts. Enjoy your meal.
