8 white and green tagliatelle
250 g frozen chopped spinach
200 g smoked salmon
150 g feta cheese
spoonful of fresh cream
1 clove of garlic
1 handful of pine nuts
100 g grated gouda cheese
Salt

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta in plenty of water.
Step 2
Thaw the spinach on a frying pan, salt, add the garlic from the press.
Step 3
In a saucepan, dissolve the feta cheese in the crème fraîche over low heat, add the spinach, smoked salmon cut into small pieces and grated gouda cheese.
Step 4
Add salt, basil, pine nuts and garlic if necessary. Heat over low heat.
Step 5
Drain the pasta, add a few tablespoons of olive oil and pour in the previous preparation. The whole thing must stay warm.
Step 6
Serve on soup plates decorated with a few basil leaves and pine nuts.
