4 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 bunch of radishes
2 scoops of mozzarella
Chives
mint leaf
basil leaf
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt

Step 1
Cut the tomatoes in quarters, remove the seeds and cut them into small cubes.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and dice it.
Step 3
Cut the radishes into slices and the mozzarella into small cubes.
Step 4
Mix together, adding the finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper, and bind with a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 5
Divide this preparation among four ramekins, in a cool place for at least one hour.
Step 6
Unmould just before serving.
