Tarte brocolis, tomate, mozza

Number of people

1 kg of broccoli

1 shortcrust pastry

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

2 large tablespoons fresh goat cheese

3 tablespoons of thick fresh cream

5 tomatoes

3 onions

2 cloves of garlic

Preparation: 2 hrs
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Cook the broccoli (preferably steamed to keep as many vitamins as possible!!!).
Step 2
Meanwhile put the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan. Prick the dough and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. The dough must not turn brown! It's only to make her aware!
Step 3
Meanwhile cook the onions and garlic in a frying pan. Boil a pot of water to remove the skin from the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut them into slices, set aside.
Step 4
Remove the dough, line it with onions and garlic.
Step 5
In a container put the broccoli and the 2 spoons of fresh goat cheese, the fresh cream. Mix well, crush well. Line this mixture over the onions. Add the tomatoes, season and finish with the mozzarella cheese in slices.
Step 6
Bake at about 200°C. Cook for about 45 minutes.
