1 eggplant

1 tomato

80 g tuna in oil

Mayonnaise

Basil

Pepper and salt

Soy sauce (optional)




Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 15 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Cut the eggplant and tomato into 1 cm thick slices.
Step 2
Spread the eggplant slices on a plate and place in the microwave for 1 minute (or until it reaches 70°C).
Step 3
Season the eggplant slices with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place 1 slice of tomato on each slice of eggplant.
Step 5
Sprinkle with basil.
Step 6
Mix the tuna and mayonnaise (first empty the oil from the can of tuna) and add a few drops of soy sauce (optional).
Step 7
Spread the tuna/mayonnaise mixture over the tomato slices.
Step 8
Grill until you get a nice colour.
Step 9
Serve hot.
