Tomatoes filled with tomme mascarpone

8 medium tomatoes
125 g mascarpone
200 g Savoy tomme de Savoie
Basil
Pepper
Salt

Step 1
Cut the caps off the tomatoes and empty them with a small spoon.
Step 2
Put the tomatoes upside down on absorbent paper to let them drain.
Step 3
In a bowl: mix the mascarpone, the Savoy tomme cut into very small cubes and the finely chopped basil.
Step 4
Garnish the tomatoes with this preparation and place them in a dish.
Step 5
Put in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 30 min.
Step 6
The baking time depends on the power of the oven.
Step 7
The best solution is to monitor the tomatoes. When the cheese is well melted... it's ready!
