4 tomatoes
2 goat droppings (type to be cooked or not)
Feta cheese
Basil
Pepper

Olive oil (2 tablespoons)

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (th 6-7).
Step 2
Wash and halve the tomatoes (lengthwise),
Step 3
remove the seeds; salt and sugar the half tomatoes.
Step 4
Crush the droppings and feta cheese with a little pepper (do not salt, the cheeses are already very salty) and chopped basil (or 2 or 3 teaspoons of pesto).
Step 5
Drain the tomatoes and fill the "holes" with the mixture.
Step 6
Drizzle with a little olive oil (unless you have put the pesto, which already contains oil).
Step 7
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese melts a little and golden.
Step 8
Enjoy hot or warm.
