1 puff pastry to unroll

1 can of tuna in its natural state

2 goat droppings

4 fresh mushrooms

1 cup grated gruyère cheese

1 drizzle of liquid fresh cream

Pepper

Salt

Herbs of Provence

Garlic powder

Basil

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into pieces, put them in a saucepan over low heat with a water base and let the water evaporate.
Step 3
Cut the droppings into thin slices.
Step 4
Drain the tuna, unroll the dough in the pie dish.
Step 5
Arrange the crumbled tuna, mushrooms, sliced droppings, Swiss cheese, salt, pepper, herbs, garlic and basil and a drizzle of fresh cream on the dough.
Step 6
Bake and let cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
Author's note
Eat hot or cold, as an appetizer too or with a salad (light for the evening). It looks small as a pie, but it should not be forgotten that the tuna holds its stomach.
