1 puff pastry dough

2 eggs

50 cl of semi-thick fresh cream

2 cans of tuna 150 g

40 g mustard

1 bag of Parmesan cheese

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the 2 eggs, cream, tuna, salt, pepper, basil and add one or two teaspoons of mustard.
Step 3
In a pie dish, unroll the puff pastry and prick it with a fork. Spread the mustard on the bottom of the dough.
Step 4
Pour the tuna mixture over it and spread it evenly.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
Author's note
You can serve this rice pie or with a green salad.
