100 g plain sunflower seeds (mixed in powder form)
1 onion in small pieces
75 g wholemeal or polenta flour
75 g roasted sesame seeds
Lemon Lemon
3 tablespoons tamarind (or soy sauce)
1 finely grated raw potato
2 finely grated raw carrots
Mushroom in small pieces (same volume as onion)
Rapeseed or olive oil, 125 ml (1/2 cup)
Baker's yeast powder (granules), 2 tbsp in 50 ml warm water (about 35°C)
Thyme
Garlic
Basil
Parsley
Sage, etc., to taste
Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 1 HR
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (=180°C).
Step 2
Mix everything together, put it in an ovenproof dish (cake tin, etc.).
Step 3
Cover with aluminum foil, if necessary, and remove 1/4 hour before the end.
Step 4
Cook for 45 minutes to about 1 hour (watch out).

Very good for sandwiches, with lemon juice, mayonnaise and mustard if desired!
