Verrine with 2 tomatoes, goat cheese and speck

10 dried tomatoes

1 tomato

200 g fresh goat cheese

4 basil leaves

4 thin slices of speck

parmesan cheese chip

1 drizzle of balsamic vinegar

1 pinch of pepper

Step 1
For fairly large verrines:
Step 2
Finely chop the dried tomatoes, place them at the bottom of the 4 verrines, about 2.5 tomatoes per verrine.
Step 3
Finely chop the tomato, put a quarter in each glass.
Step 4
Drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix the fresh goats with the chopped basil leaves and pepper, cover the tomatoes with this mixture in the verrines.
Step 6
Finely chop the speck, place it over the goat in the glass, 1 slice per glass.
Step 7
Decorate with a few parmesan shavings.
Step 8
Set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy, bon app├ętit !
