2 fish (cod, saithe...)

2 tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

Basil lemon

Coriander

1/4 teaspoon pepper puree

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Place the fish backs in an oven dish, salt them lightly.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add the crushed garlic clove, sheared herbs, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little salt, mix well.
Step 4
Place in a thick layer on the fish and bake for 30 minutes. To be enjoyed with basmati rice.
Step 5
Really dietetic and tasty.
