Step 1
Cut the bananas into pieces so that they can be more easily crushed with a fork. Cut the garlic into very thin strips and crush it with a fork until a "paste" is obtained. Crush the banana pieces in the same way by adding the garlic "paste". Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and oregano (quantity to taste, but be careful not to mask the taste of olive oil and basil). Using the fork, let the oil penetrate.
Step 2
Crush / mix until a creamy cream is obtained, without any trace of oil on the periphery. Cut the two large basil leaves into small pieces and add them with the last tablespoon of olive oil. Crush / mix until a creamy cream is obtained, without any trace of oil on the periphery.
Author's note
Keeps for a few hours in a cool place. A small black film may appear on the top, but only need to be removed. It is obviously best to serve it right away.
