6 tomatoes

3 red or green peppers

3 red peppers

1 cucumber

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 bunch fresh basil

1/2 stale bread baguette

150 g feta cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon vinegar



1 l cold water

Preparation: 20 min
Step 1
Soak the bread in water.
Step 2
Peel and seed the peppers, tomatoes and cucumber.
Step 3
Peel the garlic and onion.
Step 4
Mix the vegetables in a blender (or blender) starting with garlic, onion, a few basil leaves and cucumber.
Step 5
Then add the peppers and tomatoes, wrung bread and water.
Step 6
Add the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 7
Set aside in a cool place for at least 2 hours (add ice cubes to the gazpacho if it is too thick).
Step 8
Just before serving, sprinkle with basil leaves, crumbled feta cheese and possibly some sunflower seeds.
