Number of people

4 sheets of brick

100 g feta cheese

100 g fresh cheese

1 pinch of fresh coriander

1 leaf of fresh basil

1 sprig of fresh parsley

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 pinch of black pepper

1 pinch of cumin

1 drizzle of olive oil

2 teaspoons of honey

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

drop of lemon

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese with a fork. Chop the coriander and add it to the feta cheese.
Step 2
Add the fresh cheese and mix with a fork, with the feta cheese. Chop the basil, mix.
Step 3
Add pepper, cumin, chopped onion, parsley, chopped garlic and a few drops of olive oil.
Step 4
On a lightly oiled work surface, cut your sheet of brick into 2 or more strips, depending on the format of the desired roll (triangles-samoussa, cigarettes...).
Step 5
Fry for a few minutes in very hot olive oil, remove and place on absorbent paper.
Step 6
Mix 2 teaspoons of honey with a few drops of hot water and brush your rolls with a brush.
Step 7
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and coarsely mixed, let cool a little.
Step 8
Just before eating, pour a few drops of lemon. Accompanied by a green salad or grated carrots.
