4 slices of country bread

3 tomatoes,

Fresh basil

Garlic

shallot

4 tablespoons of olive oil

125 g mozzarella cheese



Preparation

Step 1
Toast the country bread toast.
Step 2
Finely chop the shallots, basil and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, and mix them in a bowl with shallots, garlic, basil and olive oil.
Step 3
Arrange the seasoned tomatoes on the toast. Arrange two mozzarella slices on top.
Step 4
Preheat the oven (hot oven / thermostat 8). Bake the sandwiches for a few seconds to two minutes to slightly melt the cheese.
Step 5
Garnish with a fresh basil leaf and serve.
