200 g of bush (cheese)

50 g fresh or frozen spinach shoots

1 puff pastry dough

Fresh basil or 2 teaspoons of pistou

1 teaspoon frozen or fresh garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 egg yolk

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Sauté the spinach shoots for 2 or 3 minutes with garlic, olive oil and fresh basil (or pistou).
Step 2
At the end of cooking, add the bush.
Step 3
Make 4 rounds (for the slippers), with the puff pastry.
Step 4
Fill the side of the slippers with the preparation, and fold down by crushing the edges with your finger.
Step 5
Brown each slipper with the egg yolk, and cook at 220°C (th 7-8) for about 15 min (watch out).

Serve as a starter, slightly hot with a mixed salad.
