2 chicken breasts, not too thick

4 thin slices of smoked bacon

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

3 pieces of dried tomato

2 fresh basil leaves

3 ripe tomatoes

1 onion, minced

1 glass of dry white wine

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
On the work plant, flatten the slices of breast next to each other so that they cover a rectangle.
Step 2
Place a chicken breast on it, perpendicular to the direction of the slices (the idea is that the breast will hold the chicken roast...). Place the basil leaves on the chicken, then the sliced mozzarella cheese and finally the dried tomatoes.
Step 3
Cover with the deumxth chicken breast. Raise the breast slices on either side of the resulting "roast" and prick them into the white with wooden spikes to keep them tight.
Step 4
Peel, seed and cut the fresh tomatoes. Sauté the onion in olive oil.
Step 5
In an oven dish, dice the tomatoes, onions and white wine. Season with salt and pepper. Place the chicken roast on this bed.
Step 6
Bake for 45 minutes at 200°C, sprinkle regularly with the tomato sauce.
Step 7
Serve with fresh pasta, for example.
Author's note
The beginning is not very clear (easier to show than to explain!), but all in all quite logical: for example, the breast slices must be vertical next to each other if you put the chicken on top horizontally....
