Cucumber salad with tuna

Cucumber salad with tuna

Number of people

1 cucumber

2 tomatoes

1 can of tuna in its natural state

1 bunch of fresh basil

1 shallot

1/2 lemon

1/2 glass of basmati rice water

100 g cumin gouda



Olive oil

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 12 min
Step 1
Cook the rice for 10 to 12 minutes and then drain it under cold water.
Step 2
Empty the can of tuna (without the juice) into a bowl, crush it with a fork and crumble it.
Step 3
Add the chopped basil, chopped shallot and a dash of olive oil. Mix it all together.
Step 4
Peel the cucumber and cut it into very small pieces. Make small cubes with the 2 tomatoes and the cumin gouda. Stir into the tuna salad bowl and mix.
Step 5
Add rice, stir. Put in a cool place.
Step 6
In a bowl, put 4 tablespoons of crème fraîche, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, a little lemon juice and chopped fresh basil, stir with a fork.
Step 7
Add to the salad and serve.
