20 scampi
Olive oil (1 good tablespoon)
Wristband cream (light or not)
Salt
Cayenne pepper
Fresh and dried basil
Tomato concentrate (1 teaspoon)

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Brown the 20 peeled scampi in olive oil.
Step 2
Once they are cooked, add the non-flavored whipped cream (or if light, add cornstarch to thicken the sauce at the end of cooking).
Step 3
Salt and add a good dose of cayenne pepper and dried basil. Let simmer.
Step 4
Add 1 teaspoon of tomato paste. Mix well. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Author's note
This dish can be even more spicy by adding a finger of cognac at the same time as the spices.
