Dry lasagna

1 large box of "ratatouille" vegetables

4 ground steaks or equivalent in already ground meat

20 cl of semi-liquid fresh cream

Herbs of Provence

Fresh or frozen basil

1 handful of frozen onion

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Fry the onions in a frying pan with a little olive oil, then add the minced meat.
Step 2
Cook the meat by adding herbes de Provence and basil, then add the ratatouille can; mix everything together.
Step 3
Arrange the raw lasagna in a rectangular dish (no need to precook) and alternate the lasagna leaves with the filling, then a little cream and parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Put in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
