10 thin slices of edam
1 pack of dried apricots
fresh basil leaf

Step 1
Cut each slice of Edam into 6 equal parts.
Step 2
Cut the dried apricots in half lengthwise
Step 3
On each piece of Edam, place a whole basil leaf and then a half of dried apricot, fold in half and hold with a wooden pick.
