4 salmon steaks (can be replaced by halibut or tuna)
8 potatoes
Lemon Lemon
Fresh basil
Pepper from the mill
Nutmeg

Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 30 MIN

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
In each piece of aluminum, place the salmon steak on the skin side.
Step 2
Cut 2 potatoes as finely as possible and scatter them over the fish. Season with salt, pepper, carve the basil and add a slice of lemon with its skin.
Step 3
A pinch of nutmeg... and in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
Author's note
Can be done very well with frozen fish: same recipe, but with 10 minutes more cooking time and a little less flavour. If you have a grill, it's even better, place the papilottes on the grill for 20 minutes.
