2 leeks
2 chard
1 onion
6 eggs
20 cl of milk
2 tablespoons flour
200 g smoked bacon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 sprigs fresh basil
2 handfuls of grated Gruyère cheese
Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Mince the leeks, chard and onion. Steam them for about ten minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 150°C (th 5).
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the flour, milk and nutmeg. Season with salt (not too much) and pepper.
Step 4
Add the cooked vegetables to this mixture and add the ground coriander and chopped basil. Finally add the bacon and mix well.
Step 5
Pour the preparation into a silicone deficient mold if possible (otherwise do not forget to butter it) and bake for 30 minutes after sprinkling generously with grated gruyère cheese.
Step 6
Place under the grill a few minutes before tasting to brown the grated cheese.
Step 7
Serve hot.

Can be used with all kinds of vegetables depending on the season and desires.
