1 pack of very good quality dry lasagna
700 g ground beef meat
450 g sausage meat
1 large can diced tomato
2 fresh tomato puree
2 onions
2 carrots
1 celery stalk
Olive oil
Fresh basil
2 scoops of mozzarella (no buffalo that can't stand cooking)
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 l homemade béchamel sauce
Salt
Pepper

Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Finely chop the carrots, onions and celery (without the leaves that you keep).
Step 2
In a casserole dish, pour a base of olive oil and add half of the prepared mixture, then all the tomato.
Step 3
Then add the celery leaves, 3 or 4 stalks of whole basil, which must be removed at the end of cooking.
Step 4
Then take another pot and add a base of olive oil, the rest of the minced meat (onions, carrots, celery) then the sausage meat, cook for 5 minutes and add the beef.
Step 5
When it's almost cooked, mix it all with the béchamel sauce. Then assemble your dish starting with a layer of tomatoes, then a sheet of lasagna dough, then a layer of tomatoes, then a layer of béchamel and meat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and put back a lasagna dough.
Step 6
Repeat the operation to make 3 layers. Finish on the last layer of dough with a mixture of tomatoes plus béchamel and meat.
Step 7
Bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6). 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, put mozzarella cut into small slices on top of the dish.
