6 sheets of brick

250 g ricotta cheese

2 boxes of crab crumbs

Step 1
Whisk the ricotta with a fork to smooth it well.

Add the crab.

Spice, add the basil, and mix.

Place 1 sheet of brick in front of you.

Place a large spoon of stuffing on the lower edge of the leaf, but leave a small margin.

Fold this margin over the stuffing, roll up to the middle of the sheet.

Halfway, fold the side edges over the rolled part. And keep rolling, so that the brig has a nem or cigar shape.

Cook in a frying pan, with a little olive oil, or in the oven.
Author's note
Serve as a starter with a small salad of lamb's lettuce with hazelnuts. Can also be a light dinner, but in this case, plan at least 2 bricks per person.
