500 g red mullet

500 g of fusilli

4 firm tomatoes

Olive oil

3 cloves of garlic

Fresh basil

Fresh oregano

Fresh parsley

Sweet pepper

Pepper

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cut the red mullets into 1 cm wide strips.
Step 2
Place in a bowl: red mullets, olive oil, a spoonful of sweet pepper, crushed garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Marinate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Cook the pasta to your liking.
Step 5
In a skillet, sauté all the marinade until the red mullets are cooked.
Step 6
Add the pasta, then the diced tomatoes. Mix it all together. Sprinkle with basil.
