Mozza Lasagna

12 plates of pre-cooked lasagna

125 g mozzarella cheese

1 bunch of fresh basil

70 g grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 l tomato sauce (preferably fresh)

Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
In a large gratin dish, spread a layer of dry lasagna.
Step 2
Then cover with thin slices of mozzarella cheese, coulis, a few basil leaves and a layer of parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Repeat the operation twice in a row.
Step 4
Finish with a layer of lasagna covered with béchamel and parmesan cheese to gratinate (you can also add grated gruyère...notice to gourmands!).
Step 5
Put in a hot oven (225°C) for a maximum of 30 minutes, or even less: they must remain melting!
Step 6
Serve with a green salad served with black olives and grape tomatoes.
Step 7
Enjoy your meal!
