Mussel and broccoli pie

1 puff pastry dough

20 cl of fresh cream

3 eggs

15 peeled moulds

1 bunch of broccoli

Fresh or dried basil

Step 1
Steam the broccoli bouquet, leaving a little crunchy anyway.
Step 2
Meanwhile, unroll the puff pastry on a pie plate, and bake it white after pricking it with a fork.
Step 3
Then take only the broccoli flowers, and arrange them alternately with the mussels.
Step 4
Then mix in a bowl, eggs, sour cream, basil, salt and pepper. Discard this mixture on the whole, and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Author's note
I also replaced the mussels with tomato slices to make a vegetarian pie, it's delicious. I pressed the basil firmly.
