1 Scarole or curly salad

250 g cherry tomato

1 large can sliced tuna

3 hard-boiled eggs

100 g black olives

8 potatoes Grenailles

Pepper

Salt

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon parsley and chopped chives

10 fresh basil leaves

Preparation: 10 min
Step 1
Steam the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Let them cool down.
Step 3
Wash the tomatoes and salad.
Step 4
Remove the leaves from the salad and place it in a bowl.
Step 5
Cut the cherry tomatoes and add them, as well as the drained and sliced tuna.
Step 6
Add the potatoes cut into slices.
Step 7
Shell the eggs and cut them in 4, add them to the salad with the black olives.
Step 8
Prepare the sauce with 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped herbs.
Step 9
Mix the salad with the vinaigrette and decorate with whole basil leaves.
