2 eggs

Red pepper and chopped green peppers (2 tablespoons)

Curry

Fresh basil, chopped

Cooked broccoli

Shredded cheddar cheese (about 1/2 cup)

Pepper

Salt

Paprika

1 small clove of garlic

Cooking time: 11 min
Step 1
Break an egg and put it in a bowl.
Step 2
Break the other egg, keeping only the white and add it to the bowl.
Step 3
Beat, salt and add the basil and curry powder.
Step 4
Brown the garlic with a dab of olive oil, add the chopped peppers, cook 2 min and remove.
Step 5
Add the egg mixture, lower the heat to medium. Mix everything together, then add the broccoli and grated cheese.
Step 6
Salt, pepper, and add the paprika for the presentation.
Author's note
you can add olives and tomatoes, for a more Proven├žal taste.
