12 giant gambas

2 peppers (ideally 1 red and 1 yellow)

20 cherry tomatoes

100 g feta cheese

100 g pitted black olives

10 fresh basil leaves

4 cloves of garlic

Oregano

Thyme

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Clean and seed the peppers. Cut them into cubes.
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and the olives in slices. Cut the garlic cloves into 4.
Step 3
Spread the peppers and cherry tomatoes on two beautiful aluminium leaves. Add garlic, olives, basil and crumbled feta cheese.
Step 4
Place 6 prawns on each leaf, and season to taste.
Step 5
Close the papillotes tightly, and put them in the oven at 180°C (th 6) for 3/4 of an hour.
Step 6
Serve with pasta or rice.
Author's note
For a healthier dish, light feta cheese can be used.
