4 frozen burgers

24 filling pastes

20 cl of tomato sauce

1 fresh onion

Fresh basil

Cumin

Parmesan cheese

2 fillets of olive oil

Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large amount of salted water with a little olive oil to prevent it from sticking together.
Step 2
Thaw the chopped steaks in the microwave for 2 minutes and set aside.
Step 3
Cut the onion into small cubes and chop the basil.
Step 4
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet and sauté the meat, onion and basil, then pour in the tomato coulis and a little cumin.
Step 5
Preheat the oven grill.
Step 6
Stuff the pasta, put it in an oiled oven dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with a rocket salad, for example.
Author's note
Easy to make dish, which can be prepared in advance. Present 6 pasta in the centre of a plate surrounded by salad. Made several times, always with the same success.
