200 g of penne

10 cherry tomatoes

2 broth cubes

30 g Parmesan cheese) per cut

50 g arugula

2 fresh basil

3 slices of smoked ham

2 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
Here is an Italian recipe, full of flavours and dietary.

Mix in a bowl the arugula, finely chopped basil, smoked ham cut into thin strips, parmiggiano shavings (it's easier to peel).
Step 3
Heat 50 cl of water in a saucepan with the broth cubes.
Step 4
Bring to a boil.
Step 5
In another saucepan, heat the olive oil and add the penne to brown for a few minutes without toasting.
Step 6
Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and cover with simmering water.
Step 7
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until al dente, then drain.
Step 8
Mix the penne and other ingredients.
Step 9
