4 chicken breasts

500 g of penne rigate

5 fleshy courgettes

2 cloves of garlic

1 large jar of cream

1 block of parmesan cheese in the cut

Pepper

Salt

tablespoon olive oil

Curry and Espelette pepper powder

fresh basil leaf

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Slice the chicken fillets and cook them in the spoon of olive oil.
Step 2
Sprinkle with Espelette pepper.
Step 3
Peel the courgettes, form ribbons by passing the peeler until the grains appear.
Step 4
Brown them in a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 5
Cook the penne long enough.
Step 6
Add the zucchini cream, pressed garlic cloves, salt, pepper, curry and chicken slices.
Step 7
Pour over the drained penne, and add fresh parmesan shavings and fresh basil leaves.
Author's note
The chicken pieces must be finely chopped and the parmesan fresh (not powdered). Make the chips with a peeler.
