2 eggplants

2 fresh tomatoes

25 cl of tomato sauce

4 slices of ham

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

fresh basil leaf

2 spoons of dried oregano

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pinch of fleur de sel

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Wash the aubergines and cut them into thick slices lengthwise.
Step 3
Place the eggplant slices on an ovenproof baking sheet previously covered with baking paper, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fleur de sel. Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Mix the tomato coulis with 1 tablespoon of oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Cut the ham into thin strips.
Step 6
On each slice of aubergine, place 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 2 slices of tomato, strips of ham, 1 slice of mozzarella and sprinkle with oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Arrange a few basil leaves on the eggplant slices before serving hot.
