1 tablespoon of thick fresh cream (I take cream with 15% fat)
100 g raclette
1 scoop of mozzarella cheese
1 log goat cheese
100 g grated Swiss cheese.

Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Spread the pizza dough and cover it with fresh cream.
Step 3
Put the cheeses on top, finishing with the grated Gruyère cheese.
Step 4
Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Basil can be added just before serving.
